My activities

The quality of your stay is our primary goal. In order for your visit to be successful and memorable, it is important to us that our partners in all types of activities live up to our standards in terms of both safety and execution.

Lofoten is an eldorado for all types of activities, and a lot of them start on the quayside here. We mention in abundance: Lofoten fishing, fishing trips, Rib-Safari, mountain hikes, northern lights, Viking feast, surfing, museums, galleries and shopping. – The great experiences are lined up and waiting for you!

Restaurant Kjøkkenet

The good feeling in my mother’s kitchen, thought the housewife when she first stood in the empty room. Today, the fixtures and fittings match the room the carpenters built more than a hundred years ago.

The name became Kjøkkenet – the kitchen of everyone’s good mother – something that guests appreciate and keep coming back to. The kitchen serves traditional northern Norwegian food based on local and locally sourced ingredients.

The brew bar

Lamholmen has been inhabited as far back as the 1800s. There was a fish reception, crane steamer, barrel factory as well as fishermen’s cabins, barns and residential buildings. There was hectic activity with the production of salted fish and stockfish. Today, the main building has been carefully renovated. Here you’ll find the city’s most popular meeting place with 200 seats indoors and room for 450 at the barbecue on the quayside outdoors.

A perfect place to meet for karaoke every Wednesday or dance to live music on the weekends. Or you can just enjoy the sight of boat traffic, the last rays of sunshine and some light food and drink.

“I want our guests to experience the taste and smell, sound and atmosphere of a bygone era. I want them to enjoy themselves in an atmosphere of genuine and delicious food.”
