Like a lighthouse, the tank towers in surroundings that invite both inspiration and creativity, as well as silence and reflection. A fantastic view surrounds you on all sides. If you’re a visual artist, writer, musician or someone who just needs a quiet place to work or vacation for a while, the tank is perfect.
Oljetanken is furnished with a modern interior and contains all amenities, including wireless internet. There are two separate bedrooms in the oil tank and one bedroom in the antechamber. All beds have good down duvets. Maximum occupancy is 6 people in total. This does not have to do with bed capacity, but with space around the kitchen table. Additional accommodation for larger groups can also be organized with our partners on the island.

Large living room with 360° views of the magnificent Lofoten mountains. A makeshift sofa bed with room for one person. From the living room there is also a ladder with access to the roof terrace through a hatch in the ceiling.

Skrova offers sea rafting, whale watching, eagle watching, excellent fishing opportunities, white sandy beaches, northern lights, midnight sun, polar nights and much more. A meal of fresh salmon, or perhaps a delicious whale steak, is also not far away. Just stroll down to the Skrovabrygga restaurant.
