The organizer says that there is great interest in the event in Lofoten.
– There is great commitment to the top tour festival North Atlantic Adventures, says Tone Tomassen. We are very proud to announce that Black Diamond has joined as a partner for the festival and will, among other things, provide next year’s ski models as demo skis during the festival. This will be the first public demonstration of these skis in Norway, – it will of course be possible for local top touring enthusiasts to test out the skis as well, says Tone.
On Friday, there will be an after-party with live music at Klatrekafeen in Henningsvær, and on Saturday there will be an après-ski with subsequent live music at the same place.
– We hope local Lofotværingers will come to participate with us, says Tone.
Lofotpils tastes better than Hansapils
– Otherwise, we can mention that we have had a number of themed evenings in Bergen with a focus on Lofoten. Here we have served fish products from Lofotprodukt, and lager from Lofotpils. Westerners have embraced this, and it is claimed that Lofotpils even tastes better than Hansapils. We can safely say that Lofoten is a very interesting destination for Westerners.
