The tour starts at Lofotkraft’s power station at Store Kongsvann. From here, you can walk along the water after a huge effort by Kabelvågmarkas venner.
After about 10 minutes’ walk along the water, take a good path up Bogdalen. The path is well marked. The hike up to the top takes just over an hour, and the views towards Svolvær, Kabelvåg and Vestfjorden are fantastic. From the top of the mountain, you can actually see both Stetind and Hamarøyskaftet on the mainland.
