Nusfjord One of Norway's oldest fishing villages
Nusfjord is one of Norway’s oldest and best-preserved fishing villages, and is located in scenic surroundings surrounded by steep mountains in Flakstad municipality.
When you walk around the fishing village, you will find a protected power station, the sawmill, the smithy, various boathouses, a large and atmospheric cod liver oil factory, a shop that is a living museum in itself, a unique restaurant with panoramic views of the fjord and a tiny inn with a big soul.
Everything is newly renovated as it once was.
